So what the heck makes my personal training services and studio so effective?
Well, I’m glad you asked!
First, you can forget about whacky and super strict diets. I only give you the truth about what works and what doesn’t work. I will NEVER pressure you into thinking you need to purchase a bunch of supplements, protein powders, meal replacement powders, etc. in order to lose weight and get in shape. I will give you the help you need nutritionally, but I HATE the word diet and the way I teach nutrition is not a diet where you have to deprive yourself of your favorite foods.
Second, I’ll show you how to maximize your training and workout programs to get the most fat burning and toning possible without spending half your life working out – and this includes cardio! Cardio is very misunderstood and you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the way I teach it.
Third, my personal training programs combine cardio and resistance training so you’ll be able to cut down on your total workout time. Not only that, but I will give you extra workouts to do on your own, from the comfort of home, that are also a combination of strength training and cardio workouts because I understand that you have more important things in your life to worry about than spending all your free time working out.
Last, and most importantly, you will never plateau or hit a wall with your workouts because your workouts are constantly changing and evolving as your body changes and evolves. Designing a good training program is the coolest thing about being a personal trainer and I love coming up with new ways to get you to your goals – without killing you or making it impossible for you to move for days because you’re so sore.
To be blunt, my personal training services work and they work well!
In addition to my private training, I also offer small-group training and ladies only boot camps. These small groups usually consist of a husband and wife or a couple of friends who have similar goals and could work well together, but want the privacy of personal training.

massage therapy, especially Sports Massage, it allows me to give every one of my hourly clients a “Pre” and “Post” Sports Massage before and after each training session. This is done to help warm-up and cool-down the muscles as well as increase flexibility. Plus, it just feels good.
