Before you go, I’d like you to watch the videos below and give some of the “Mini-Circuits” a try. Essentially, most of my boot camps are chunk of “mini-circuits” and I mix and match them to put extra emphasis on certain parts of your body.
It’s a pretty cool way to train and it gives me virtually unlimited ways to torture…I mean effectively work all the ladies in attendance and get them their Superhero Body…
You can follow along with them, just watch them to educate yourself, or watch them then go through again and follow-along. Any way you do it, you will get a phenomenal workout if you put all the “Mini-Circuits” together and form one, butt-kickin workout!

Like I said earlier, you can mix and match these mini-circuits to create any number of workouts. You can grab one of the 10-minute and one of the 4-Minute Abs workouts and create a workout, or combine a couple of the 10-minute workouts…you’re only limited by your imagination!
This is just a small sample of the workouts we do in boot camp. I come up with new workouts every single week – we never do the same workout twice and that’s to keep your body guessing and make sure it keeps progressing day-after-day and week-after-week!
