Okay, here’s my first stab at podcasting.  I’m still new to the game, but it was kinda fun recording and hope to have 2-4 new podcasts per month.

This podcast is a Q&A style where I answered some reader questions.  Those questions were:

1.  I eat well and exercise, but I’m not losing any weight.  Why?

2.  What are your favorite foods to help me lose weight?

3.  If I workout can I relax my eating habits?
